Help us deliver hope to patients.

Register for Community Days to become part of our largest volunteer event of the year. Together with colleagues across the U.S. and Canada, we’ll make a difference for cancer patients in our communities.

This year we'll have activities throughout the day. Click on the “Select a Time” button above to choose your volunteer shift and activities.

This year we'll have activities throughout the day. Our schedule is:

• 8:30 – 9:30 am: Breakfast
• 9:30 – 11:00 am: Volunteer activity (Shift 1 w/ children’s party)
• Noon – 1:00 pm: Lunch
• 1:00 – 2:30 pm: Volunteer activity (Shift 2)
• 3:30 – 5:00 pm: Happy Hour

When you volunteer at Community Days, you’re helping patients in two important ways:

• Gift of a Care Package – Small gestures bring hope to people with cancer. That’s why you’ll create care packages that reach patients through Giving Comfort, our McKesson Foundation program.
• Gift of Services – When you sign up, the McKesson Foundation gives $10 on your behalf to Family House (FH), our local Community Partner. FH serves as a home away from home for families of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses while they receive treatment at the University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital. Grant funding helps FH offer physical comfort and emotional support, free from financial concerns where families find hope, comfort, and healing.

When you sign up, you also support the Team Challenge for more grants to cancer nonprofits.
